Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the missed service.

No-Show Policy

In order to honour the time commitments of both our clients and staff, we emphasise punctuality. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a late fee and arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule.

Appointment Policy

We kindly request that any cancellation of appointments be communicated to us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a late fee up to 50% of the scheduled service.
